We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
We have a rigorous quality check process in place for all of our shipments. In any unlikely and rare scenario, if you find any quality issue pertaining to the product please email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the quality issue is established by our team we will be happy to exchange the product or initiate a refund for you.
Please note that products should be unopened, with the tags intact and in their original packaging when raising an exchange/refund request.
We do not accept exchange/refund request unless there is a quality issue with the product received.
