Direction for usage

With a help of a spoon, scrape out the Aloe Vera gel from its plant and apply it directly to your scalp. Massage it for some time and leave it on for 20 minutes, after which you can wash your hair with water and a mild shampoo.  Do this three times a week. 

2. Onion Juice

3. Coconut oil

Coconut oil contains fatty acids called lauric acid which prevent protein loss from the hair. If your hair is of dry type, coconut oil is your solution to hair loss. 

Direction for usage:

Massage your hair and leave it on for one hour before a head bath. If your hair is dry-type, apply it after a head bath and leave it on. 

4. Fish oil

Fish oil contains Omega fatty acids, which is the key to long and healthy hair. This component holds all the nutrients and proteins required for your hair to stay strong. Hence, omega supplement helps improve your hair density and reduces hair loss. The supplements contain oils from fishes that are rich in oil like tuna, mackerel, herring, and salmon.

Consumed as supplements. Consult a doctor before adding them to your diet. 

5. Lemon

7. Geranium oil 

Geranium oil makes every girl’s dream hair come true. This fragrant plant is native to South Africa and the oil is extracted from the leaves. It helps manage dryness and increases the hold of hair to the follicles. The oil is a very good conditioner and also prevents dandruff. 

Direction for usage:

Mix three drops of geranium essential oil to eight to ten drops of a carrier oil and massage it onto your scalp. You can also add a few drops of the oil to your shampoo or condition.
